You Won't Want to Miss This!

This week I was excited to receive my seasonal Kr*ft What's Cooking magazine. If you have not yet had the chance to see this great recipe magazine you can go here to view it online and subscribe.

I can't tell you how many great ideas that I've gleaned from these folks and this evening's meal was no different. In fact, I think it is my favorite. The dressing is what makes the difference.

I hope you'll add this to your meal menus because you just don't want to miss this!

SAUSAGE & TOMATO RIGATONI


4 cups rigatoni pasta (300 g), uncooked
3/4 lb. (340 g) Italian sausage, cut into chunks
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup Kr*ft Sundried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, brown sausage (I removed the casings) in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover. Cook 15 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Stir in dressing. Toss sausage mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.

Prep: 10 min Ready In: 30 min Serves: 4

I get their newsletter and I've subscribed to their magazine by mail, just because I love to collect them.

This recipe sounds wonderful! But, then they all do...I think I gain 5 lb's just looking at their magazines....LOL!
