A Bountiful Harvest & Giveaway

This doesn't look like very much, but wait..........

Isn't this beautiful?!!!

I was so thrilled at the results of my first year of serious tomato gardening. I harvested three of these baskets from just 7 tomato plants. I know that may not be serious to some of you but this is a BIG step up from patio cherry tomatoes. I actually had to get out the garden hose to do some watering you know.

But now I need your help....ideas on what to do with all these beauties.

Please send me your tips on the best way to use these delicious tomatoes (hurry before they spoil). I'm especially interested in salsa recipes but anything will do.

Next Wednesday I'll be randomly selecting a name from all the entries and the winner will receive a copy of our church ladies' cookbook entitled....


This authentically Canadian cookbook contains over 100 recipes from soup to nuts. So pass the word along and if you post my giveaway on your blog your name will be entered twice.
