Double Peanut Pie
1 9-inch unbaked piecrust
3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup salted peanuts
whipped cream for garnish

1. Prepare piecrust. Preaheat oven to 350F.
2. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs, with corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in peanuts.
3. Place pie plate on oven rack; pour mixture into crust. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted about 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish servings with whipped cream.
*Tip - make two :-)
